In our training premises we have a larger room upstairs with 5 beds and a smaller room downstairs with 2 beds. It is free parking outside and accessible from a bus stop on the outskirts of the industrial estate.
How do I book?
All our booking is online via the website and following this you get an automatic confirmation email with all details on. You are required to pay a non refundable booking fee of £50 which comes off the remaining balance.
When do I have to pay for the course?
The remaining balance of your course is due on or before your practical course date via bank transfer, cash payment or card transaction (we accept credit card)
Do I need a model?
You are required to organise a model for your practical and check for contraindications or organise any patch testing. The model can come with you or arrive an hour after your arrival. Please check prior to your course for the model arrival times.
I can’t find a model what should I do?
If you can let us know at least 24 hours prior to your training date we can advertise for you using our models page however we can never fully guarantee at short notice.
Can I change the date of my course?
You have paid a deposit amount which reserves your space on the course. This is non-refundable but transferable to a new date should you reschedule and give at least 48 hours notice.
How are courses structured?
Course start dates will be arranged with your tutor, morning courses start at 9.30 and afternoon courses at 12/1 pm unless otherwise arranged. It is the student’s responsibility to check course times before attendance. You do not need to arrive early, we open the doors 10 minutes before the start time as before this we will be preparing for your arrival.
Theory – we go through your course content using manuals and/or PowerPoint- this lasts an hour to 2 hours depending on how many questions you have. In some of our courses the theory is online but this will have been discussed with you on booking which option you choose.
Practical assessments – we like to carry out a full practical assessment on a model and this is where we can observe if you have passed the course. If you need more practice we will invite you back for further training free of charge on a class date.
Models are needed 1.5/2 hours after theory start time, however, we can never guarantee a finish time for your model as your learning and any extra tuition is important. Models on a morning course usually arrive around 11 am and a small fee is charged for some courses
Do you provide kits?
Our courses don’t include kits but we provide you with a full product listing and can go through all links and costs on the theory part of your course. Remember to ask lots of questions and make notes in your take-home manuals.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing black clothes or your work beauty or aesthetics uniform. Hair must be tied up. All materials and further PPE will be provided for your training day.
When do I get my certificate?
On your training day, you will fill out a learner registration for your certification. This will not be processed until full payment is received. Certificates are processed on Fridays for the following week to be delivered to your address via royal mail but you will be accredited to carry out the treatment if you have passed.
My certificate has not arrived.

Do you provide lunch breaks?
We have refreshments on site and snacks for you whilst training however feel free to bring anything you like as we have a kettle, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. There is also a cafe across the road. If you need a break just let us know.
What if I don’t feel confident after my course?
We never pass anyone we assess to be unconfident or unable to carry out the treatment safely however your price includes free refresher training and ongoing support. You are welcome to message us for the next available course date to come back and retrain.
